Spokane Washington Real Estate Market Update

Well It’s snowing hard and people are staying home, but how are the chages in the economy nationwide going to effect the Spokane Real Estate market? Things are slow and I was saying last summer to my past clients that there was a shift in the Spokane market coming and that people wouldn’t realize it until after winter because they would just think it was winter time.
By the time it thaws out they may start to feel a difference. But with the rate drop and economic growth plan we may have about the same type of year as last year.
First Time Home Buyers are the key in Spokane. Until they can get the loans and buy the homes in a price range that isn’t over inflated, nothing else will move very fast.
